Off-duty
I take my work seriously, but I’m an engaged, curious person who enjoys life beyond the desk. Whether cycling, catching a gig, or indulging in a little political arm-chairing, I stay inspired by the world around me.
Family and friends are central, as is the challenge of stepping outside my comfort zone, finding joy in the everyday, and trying to make the world a bit better.

Routine is good, family and friends matter, and while I’m urban at heart I love a remote sunset. Reading, cycling, and politics all rank high on my list of interests.
The photos below are of me at Australia’s Parliament House (House of Representatives Chamber), the Meredith Music Festival, and cycling Mount Hotham in Victoria’s High Country.
I moved to Toronto!
Why? There’s more on this in the FAQs but, in short: I was ready for a new professional and personal challenge, and it hasn’t disappointed. Toronto’s energy, inclusivity, and vibrancy have made for a warm landing, and I’m excited for the growth and opportunities ahead.
